Spirit =‘s God =‘s Love
and man-made laws
don’t include all.
See that resistance to equal
rights for us all, is openly sitting
on this land’s highest Supreme Court.
400+ years of oppression
only pertains to transplants
during the African slave horror.
The folks we confidently name Indians
(because of a geographical error)
have been decimated beyond
any recorded holocausts.
Is that Fact taught
in our schools?
Why not?
All that to say,
towers of power
are tumbling down
all around this town,
as the seeds of change
continue to bare fruit,
bitter in the mouths
of the fear full.
