the Change
Change is inevitable,
even as it appears
to stand still.
We are living
in an amazing time
of phenomenal change.
It will determine the birth
of a new humanity and death
of the one whose time has come.
Seedlings upheave the resistant soil,
before the fruit of their struggle
can be fully enjoyed.
Do not fear the imagined dark,
for all of life starts there,
before coming here.
I say ‘rejoice’ here now,
breathing change,
in and out.
